Bugoye Children Advocacy started in 2008 as a community based initiative that was started as established by a number of community members. This was due to the vulnerability of children dropping out of schools, sleeping without food, engaging into lake shores business such as Fish-net drying, Fishing, Prostitution at the early age and a high rate of teenage pregnancy that had triggered in the community at early ages of 13-18. The project has targets that aims to reach beyond boarders of our community where the victims are surrounded to work hard on the course through the Destiny Community school project.
